- We partner with several courier companies including An Post's Express Parcel Service, Nightline and FedEx to offer flexible delivery options. If you are unsure of which shipping option to choose, simply proceed with selecting your products and during checkout you will be presented with all options available.
- The moment an order is received we begin to process it and once dispatched we will email you the tracking details. All parcels are insured with track and trace available online.

- Returns & Replacements
- Unwanted, unsuitable or faulty goods can be returned to us by the customer or gift recipient and we aim to make this process as simple as possible.
- Unwanted / Unsuitable Goods
Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 7 working days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition and the packaging remains in an 'as new' state. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked. This code should then be included with the returned item. We recommend using a reliable insured carrier to return the item. Upon receipt, we shall refund payment via the same method as the original order was paid for less the shipping & handling charges. - In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling, perishable goods or customised goods made according to custom specifications may not be returned.
- Faulty Goods
Faulty goods may be returned to us within 30 working days of receipt and we shall arrange a refund or replacement. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked. We recommend you include this code with the returned item.

- Cheque / Bank Draft: You may also send a cheque, bank draft, postal order or make a bank transfer. These should be made payable to "Allied Imports Ltd.". Orders will be processed upon clearance and receipt of payment only.
